The second game in Group B was between two big hitters in European football. Germany squared up against Portugal. Schweinsteiger vs Ronaldo. It should have been a great game, but both Germany and Portugal disappointed the spectators. Portugal played very defensively and only went full on attack once Germany’s Gomez had scored with a great header. Alas it was too late for the Portuguese and they now find themselves needing to beat the Danes to have any hope of progressing from the group. [30 photos total]
