Festivals of Light

A collection of recent images from different autumn and winter festivals, observations, and celebrations around the world, where illumination at night is a big part of the fun.  The photos include scenes from Christmas in Europe and the Americas, Diwali in India,  the festival of Yee Peng in Thailand, a ghost story in Japan, and much more.
